The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. I used to not fully understand this saying, however, the farther I’ve gotten into this journey the more I’ve found this to be true. I believe that intentionality is contagious, and it spills over into everything that we do. When you start being intentional with one aspect of your life, you'll start a ripple effect with the rest of your life...almost like magic.
Take my journey, for example, I started with Minimalism, then I grew into Budgeting, and then I continued to grow into self-love, starting a business, growing my hobbies, and so much more.
In this episode, Sami talks about:
- Why intentionality is contagious
- Why the average millionaire reads 2 or more books per month
- How her intentionality with Minimalism grew into Budgeting and then continued to grow into every single aspect of her life
- Why this is NOT a light switch change, but instead, a journey
Memorable Quotes:
"It's a continuous cycle of growth, and pushing yourself, and intentionality in every single aspect of your life."

The nebulous idea of “enough” is the topic of conversation in the season 2 finale of A Sunny Side Up Life podcast. Most of us struggle with this concept very early in our lives, as we begin to understand complex topics and facts of life like class, race, and inequity. But how do we handle not being enough as adults when not reaching “enoughness” has real mental, physical and psychological ramifications? I also chat about different investing accounts, income limits and tax advantages, and where you can go online to start educating yourself about investing.
